Vigilant Justice

Holed up in Fred's small apartment the crew sat around the kitchen table, the air thick with the strange pungent pipe weed that was being passed around. They got in touch with Annunaki, the security guard at Acrid starport, and arranged for themselves to be smuggled out, while Tex and Ernie went out through customs. Once all were onboard they were away and nearby waiting for the download of fake IDs from the Fleabag's satellite. A few days passed, before they got a call from Hollis who warned them that they had heard on Kracheski's data tap that he had double crossed the Fleabags and an Imperial corvette, Vigilant Justice, was insystem, intending to trace the signal of their fake ID downloads to find where the Fleabags were.

A day later, the signal came and the signal was traced to a small habitat in the asteroid belt. The crew contacted the Fleabags and let them know of the corvette, which was now racing towards the habitat, and the Fleabags begged for rescue. The "Invocation" arrived first and, despite protests from Captain Dick Blunt, they rescued the Fleabags and after fending off six missiles, made an emergency jump to Pandora.

On arrival at Pandora, they got paid by Mauser and took shoreleave for some downtime shenannigans...
