Once all the crew were aboard, the Black Swan disengaged from the Profiteer and scooped up the cargo while a single missile was enough to destroy the fighter, and the Swan made its escape as six more fighters were detected on the radar. Returning back to Drinax to claim their reward from Prince Richter, they discovered that he had left the port for destinations unknown and after selling their booty, they were encouraged by the King to make haste to follow the mysterious ship which had something to do with the aslan's degenerate feral nature on Paal.

Arriving on Paal, it was discovered by Varl's street contacts that the ship was the Dawn Seeker and had some irregular flight patterns which allowed it to reach Paal's surface, unusual for such a planet. But while there they were approached by an envoy on behalf of Duke Maix, who wished to buy expensive goods such as an air raft. T'Ni soon delved into her merchant nature and brokered a deal which was easily fulfilled with a quick trip to Tech-World and upon return to Paal were welcomed to the Duke's estate and after meeting a few other guests, and a scout of the mansion by Bart which discovered a few irregularities, they all filed outside to see the wonders that the pirates turned merchants had brought his grace.
