Dual with Redthane

Mojo arrived on the Hell's Teeth, with Tex greeting him with a perfect disguise as Cote, a known crewmember. Asking to be taken to see Miria, the crew arranged an ambush by Halfnir in a stateroom. The cover was almost blown when Fred came out of one room unexpectedly and Zhil's stealth was fumbled. But a cover up by Tex managed to get him into the room, where Zhil's razor claws and a stun blast from Tex, soon had the pirate decked. Trying to lure more of the enemy crew over proved harder than expected and after a botched bluff by Zhil, the Mercifuge undocked, clearly spooked.

Weapons were manned and a deadly game of cat and mouse was begun, with the Mercifuge salvage hauler and the Hell's Teeth far trader blasting at each other, while the Black Swan popped a few missiles from afar. Although both ships took a number of hits, with an awesome shot from Halfnir taking out the enemy jump drive, both ships were still in the running...
