The crew spoke to Voss who said there was someone they should meet and after making their way to the Mount Graham Hotel they were introduced to Special Attache Vaera Lorne to Baron Vexhall, the most senior member of the Cordan parliament. Ms Lorne confided with them that Cordan was lacking in naval defenses and sought any support it could get in order to distance itself from relying on the Imperium for its security. The crew mentioned their connection to Drinax even discussing their Letter of Marque, and an initial agreement seemed to be reached.
Halfnir and Kaelan began asking around the dockside bars for Strake Norven the missing dock worker and discovered that he had gone to ground, and when they finally spoke to him on a comm, he asked them to remove some cloned passkeys from his apartment and that he was being followed.
Meanwhile Zhil noticed he was also being followed on his way to meet the others at The Stack, and after an ambush was launched, the two pursuers were taken to a discreet area to be firmly questioned and it was found that they were PRQ operatives. Tex bugged them before they were let loose.
When the crew arrived at Strake's apartment, they found the door quite simple to hack and began to investigate only to hear a thump from behind one door. As they were locating the passkeys, a distressed lady appeared at the apartment door, discovered it was open and fled. Two mysterious strangers in the street then gave chase. Then the crew also gave chase! With Tex's augmented legs he soon caught up, but was stunned by one of the pursuers, who was then stabbed by Halfnir, Zhil and Ernie fought another, Zhil grabbing them and snatching their stunner, and the upshot was that both the agents were stunned, so was Kaelan and Tex, and Halfnir managed to grab the fleeing lady, who turned out to be Zahb a friend of Strake's, who was quite grateful when he found out.
The crew then hunkered down to work out the details of the final approach on the freight terminal to retrieve the three containers...
